Learning with Alfredo Driving School

How do I purchase, book and manage my lessons?

Choose a single lesson or package on our website and complete the secure online checkout. After purchase, you’ll receive access to the booking system, where you can choose from available lesson times and enter your pickup location. Lessons and Concierge Services can be booked up to 120 days in advance.

Once you book a lesson, your booking email will include a link you can use to return and view or manage your bookings. If you lose the email or link, select I have existing credits on our website and enter the same email address used at checkout to request a new access link.

How do I book a time that is not listed?

If you need to check availability for a specific date or time before purchasing, please email us at info@alfredodrivingschool.ca.

How many lessons do I need?

Every learner is different. The best way to understand how many lessons may be helpful is to begin with a 90-minute lesson. Alfredo can observe your current driving, discuss your goals and suggest what may help next.

If you would like some general guidance before purchasing, try our lesson-planning wizard. It can suggest a practical starting option based on your experience, goals and opportunities to practise, but it cannot replace Alfredo’s assessment during your first lesson.

Does Alfredo provide ICBC road test preparation?

The Road Test Concierge Service includes one hour of focused preparation and use of the training vehicle for the scheduled test. You must book your road test directly with ICBC before arranging the Concierge Service.

Do lesson packages expire?

No. Lesson packages do not expire and may be used until all purchased lessons have been completed, subject to instructor availability and the school’s current service area and operating schedule.

How much notice is required to cancel or reschedule?

Standard lessons require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Road Test Concierge bookings require at least 72 hours’ notice. Before the deadline, a cancelled credit is returned and a rescheduled credit remains preserved for the new booking.
