Alfredo Driving School provides one-to-one driver training for Class 7 Learner and Class 7 Novice drivers.

Built upon Alfredo's longstanding reputation for professional, patient, and results-focused instruction, the school is committed to delivering a highly personalized learning experience that develops safe, confident, and responsible drivers.

To maintain a high standard of service, client intake may be limited from time to time. Instruction is delivered one-to-one, allowing each client to receive individualized coaching tailored to their goals, experience level, and learning needs.

Training services and fees

Alfredo Driving School currently provides practical behind-the-wheel instruction for Class 7 Learner Drivers, Class 7 Novice Drivers, and Class 5 Road Test Preparation.

90-minute driving lesson

$150.00 plus GST

4 sessions, 6 hours total

$560.00 plus GST

10 sessions, 15 hours total

$1,400.00 plus GST

15 sessions, 22.5 hours total

$2,100.00 plus GST

Road Test Concierge Service

$190.00 plus GST

The Road Test Concierge Service includes one hour of pre-road test preparation and use of the training vehicle for the scheduled ICBC road test.

All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes will be added where required by law. There are no hidden fees. Any additional fees will be disclosed before they are incurred.

Road test results

Alfredo Driving School provides professional instruction designed to help learners become safe, confident and competent drivers.

Successful completion of an ICBC road test cannot be guaranteed. Road test results depend upon the learner's performance and the independent assessment of the ICBC examiner.

Persons permitted in the training vehicle

Training sessions are normally conducted with the client and the licensed driving instructor. From time to time, an additional authorized person may be present for instructor training, quality assurance, licensing requirements, regulatory compliance, or business operations.

Driving time

Each session includes practical driving instruction appropriate to the client's skill level and learning objectives. Lesson time may include vehicle familiarization, safety checks, driving instruction, skills development, road test preparation, and post-session review and feedback.

The school is committed to maximizing meaningful driving practice while maintaining safe and effective instruction.

Appointment scheduling, cancellations and missed appointments

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Standard driving lessons require at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Road Test Concierge bookings require at least seventy-two (72) hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Before the deadline: When a client cancels before the applicable deadline, the lesson credit or Road Test Concierge service credit is returned and available for another booking. When a client reschedules before the deadline, the booking moves to the new time and the applicable credit remains preserved for that booking.

After the deadline: When a client cancels after the applicable deadline, the lesson credit or Road Test Concierge service credit is applied to the cancelled lesson or service and is not returned. When a client reschedules after the deadline, the original credit is applied to the original scheduled lesson or service, and the new booking follows the client's existing available-credit rules.

Missed appointments: Clients who fail to attend, are unavailable at the agreed meeting location, arrive unable to participate, do not possess a valid driver's licence, or are otherwise unable to legally operate a motor vehicle will be considered to have missed the appointment. The applicable lesson credit or Road Test Concierge service credit will be applied to the scheduled lesson or service.

Exceptions: Alfredo Driving School may authorize an exception for emergencies or exceptional circumstances.

School cancellations: Where Alfredo Driving School must cancel because of instructor illness, vehicle maintenance, severe weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered an alternative appointment as soon as reasonably possible.

Late arrivals

Lesson times cannot normally be extended because a client arrives late.

Package validity

Lesson packages do not expire and may be used until all purchased lessons have been completed, subject to instructor availability and any future changes to the school's service area or operating schedule.

Client responsibilities

Clients must hold a valid licence appropriate to their stage of licensing, carry their licence during every lesson, arrive fit and legally able to operate a motor vehicle, follow lawful instructor directions, and conduct themselves respectfully and safely at all times.

For safety reasons, Alfredo Driving School may refuse or discontinue instruction if a client is impaired, engages in unsafe conduct, behaves abusively, or otherwise creates a risk to themselves, the instructor, or the public.

Refund policy

Completed driving sessions and completed road test services are non-refundable. Clients who purchase a lesson package may request a refund for unused sessions.

Where a refund is requested before completion of a package, completed sessions will be recalculated at the standard individual session rate of $150.00 plus GST and deducted from the original package purchase price. Lesson credits or services used through a late cancellation or missed appointment are not unused sessions and are not refundable. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded. Other amounts owing will be deducted from any refund. Approved refunds will normally be processed within 30 days.

Payment and receipts

Payment is due at the time of booking or package purchase unless otherwise arranged. An itemized receipt will be provided for all payments received.

Privacy

Alfredo Driving School collects and uses personal information, including contact information, driver's licence information and emergency contact details solely for:

• providing driving instruction
• administering bookings
• processing payments
• complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Google Maps content

The website may display public ratings and reviews provided through Google Maps Platform. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Events beyond our control

Alfredo Driving School is not responsible for delays, cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, government action or other unforeseen events.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
